Choose Keep, Renegotiate, Replace, Cancel, or Investigate—and set a deadline.

Export irreplaceable data, settings, templates, and reports before changing or removing anything.

List the automations, pixels, theme extensions, inventory locations, and other tools that depend on it.

Confirm theme cleanup and uninstall steps with the developer; duplicate the live theme before code changes.
