How MerchantTrim is funded

Affiliate disclosure

Some links on MerchantTrim may earn us a commission if you sign up or buy. It does not increase your price.

What a commission can change

A commission can turn a normal vendor link into a tracked affiliate link. That is all. It cannot buy a recommendation, a higher position, softer criticism, or the removal of a drawback.

How we label paid links

Any page with affiliate links will say so near the top. We may also label the individual button or link. When a page uses only normal, unpaid links, we often say that too.

Where things stand today

MerchantTrim participates in the Vitals affiliate program. If you install Vitals through a labeled affiliate link, MerchantTrim may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Other vendor links remain normal, unpaid links unless the page clearly says otherwise.

Independence and trademarks

Product names and trademarks belong to their owners. MerchantTrim is independent and is not owned, operated, or endorsed by Shopify or any software vendor covered on this site.
