Affiliate disclosure

MerchantTrim may earn a commission when a reader purchases or subscribes through a clearly identified affiliate link. The reader does not pay more because of that relationship.

What compensation can and cannot change

Compensation can determine whether a tracked link is available. It does not determine our verdict, comparison criteria, scoring, or whether we publish a criticism. Vendors cannot pay to remove disadvantages from a guide.

How links are labeled

Pages containing compensated links will include a clear disclosure near the beginning of the content. Individual buttons may also be labeled. Pages with only direct, non-affiliate links may say so explicitly.

Current status

At launch, MerchantTrim has no active affiliate relationships and uses direct links to vendor or Shopify App Store pages. This page will be updated as programs are approved.

Trademarks and independence

Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. MerchantTrim is an independent publication and is not owned by, operated by, or endorsed by Shopify or the software vendors it covers.
