Estimate the current All-in-one base fee and five published usage charges—then compare the modeled total with only the apps Vitals would actually replace.
$48.01 less per month before migration work and feature-fit risk.
Estimator assumption: each published usage-category charge is added to the $29.99 base. Legacy plans, plan eligibility, taxes, app settings, attribution, and Shopify billing can change the actual total. Verify the quote in Vitals and Shopify before subscribing.

Revenue assists, conversion assists, replays, contacts, and lead capture can each move the modeled monthly total.
Compare Vitals only with paid tools you can remove after feature, data, and workflow validation.
Consolidating several storefront jobs can reduce overhead while making a future migration larger.
This calculator models the current public All-in-one pricing table. Existing merchants may remain on legacy Hobby, Business, Pro, or Plus plans. Published tiers and attribution definitions can change.
The estimate
Direct assists cover revenue generated through named sales tools; conversion assists cover influenced sales after specific customer interactions.
Visitor replay pageviews, active email contacts, and new leads captured are priced against their own published monthly tiers.
Modeled Vitals total minus the monthly price of genuinely replaceable apps. Migration labor and strategic feature depth stay outside the arithmetic.
Read before acting
Vitals distinguishes revenue directly generated by tools such as bundles or back-in-stock from sales influenced after interactions such as opening a review photo or clicking a sticky add-to-cart button. Those categories should come from the Vitals dashboard, not total store revenue.
For replays and email contacts, model the caps you would actually configure. Vitals says those two areas support limits that can help control usage charges.
Before consolidating, reproduce the workflows in a development or duplicate theme, export reviews and subscriber data, document integrations, and keep rollback instructions for the tools you plan to remove.
The tier table comes from Vitals’ current pricing page. Billing behavior, usage definitions, caps, and legacy-plan treatment come from the official All-in-one help article.
